The customer triggered a HWID, device, account, or activation issue caused by misuse.
The customer lost access because they ignored instructions or contacted support too late.
The product features changed, were disabled, or do not fully match previous descriptions.
The product is discontinued or no longer supported by the original provider.
The customer opened a dispute or chargeback before contacting support.
If a product is confirmed invalid before use, R2KSHOP may provide a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacements are only provided after verification by support.
The customer may be required to provide screenshots, order details, error messages, or other proof.
Customers should contact support before opening a dispute or chargeback.
Opening a false or abusive dispute may result in account suspension, cancellation of services, refusal of future orders, and submission of evidence to the payment provider.
We keep order records, delivery logs, payment information, support messages, and usage-related evidence to help resolve disputes.
If a refund is approved, it may take up to 30 days to process depending on the payment provider and payment method.
Refunds are usually sent back to the original payment method used during checkout.
